CME Credit

A total of 11 hours (including 1 hour of Ethics) of Category 1 credit toward the American Medical Association Physician's Recognition Award have been approved for reviewing the 2002 proceedings.

To recieve this credit omplete the information at the back of your bound and printed version of the proceedings. Or, review the proceedings online, download the CME information to complete. Return completed form with a check or credit card information for $110 ($10 per CME hour) to the Children's Environmental Health Institute.

Continuing Medical Education will be awarded on the post-mark date and a certificate will be sent by the Texas Medical Association within six weeks.
